This is how business should be done in the 21st century. I'm so glad that Ed gave me this reference to Dowroyle because the alternatives are not very palatable. I was looking for an 1800-service. I approached one company (not Telstra) and they took more than a day to get back to me just with their quotes. Not only that, their services were not well aligned to what I wanted to do. As for Telstra, it's a joke. They want $90 + GST to connect you, taking 3 days to do it. Then you’re locked into a 1-year service contract, paying a tidy $27.50 monthly fee for the privilege. None of this crap at Dowroyle. When I heard that Dowroyle can connect you in 2 hours I sceptically thought to myself "Yeah, we'll see". But 2 hours later my 1800-service was up and running. I'm now looking to transfer over my other business Telecom services to Dowroyle, as and when contract(s) expire. My advice to other businesses looking for Telco services? Look no further. The other players are all jokers. Just go straight to Dowroyle. Their deals on 1300/1800 numbers are unbeatable and they’ve aligned themselves to their customers’ wants, not the CEO or shareholders."
