We are unable to "book in" Answer Point changes to be processed at some future date. Please submit this form the day you wish us to process your new Answer Point.
Answer Point changes received on weekends or public holidays will be held over and processed the next business day.
Use this form only where your 1300 or 1800 number is answering (landing) on a single telephone number only.
If you have your 1300 or 1800 number answering (landing) on more than one telephone number or have routing, IVR etc, please email us
at admin1@dowroyle.net.au with your customer account number and instructions.
Terms for Simple Change Of Answer Point :
$5 per new answer point change applies. Excludes complex changes. Price applicable as of 05/08/07.
